I don’t know who needs to here this, but it was pressed upon my heart to let somebody know “God will give you the strength you need to face the rest of the week”. Don’t give up!
(Isaiah 40:31) But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Keep your eye on the Shepard, and you will make it through the valley.
(Psalm 23)
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.2 He maketh me to lie down in green pastures: he leadeth me beside the still waters.3 He restoreth my soul: he leadeth me in the paths of righteousness for his name's sake.4 Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil: for thou art with me; thy rod and thy staff they comfort me. 5 Thou preparest a table before me in the presence of mine enemies: thou anointest my head with oil; my cup runneth over.6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the Lord for ever.

A friend remembers your favorite food.
A true friend tells you when you have food in your teeth. Part of caring about people is helping them see their blind spots and shielding them from embarrassment.
Honesty from a friend is not a betrayal or attack. It's an act of kindness.
(Proverbs 18:24) A man of many companions may come to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.
